outbid.link is a paid leaderboard operated by Springtide Labs LLC. By paying for a bid you agree to the terms below.
A bid is a payment attached to a website or handle. Ranking is determined solely by the sum of a site's settled payments over the trailing 7 days ("live bid"). Every payment stops counting toward rank exactly 7 days after it settles. A bid buys placement on this page for that window — nothing else: no clicks, traffic, endorsement, or outcome is promised.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including when your site is outbid, when your bid expires, or when a listing is removed for violating these terms. Chargebacks and refunds, where they occur, remove the corresponding amount from the site's rank immediately.
Choosing auto-renew starts a weekly subscription: the amount you set is charged every 7 days, and each successful charge keeps your live bid at that level. Cancel anytime via the subscription-management link in your Stripe receipt email; after cancellation your last payment simply expires 7 days after it settled, and your site leaves the board. A failed charge behaves the same way — no penalty, your bid just lapses.
We may remove or block any listing at our discretion — including sites that are illegal, deceptive, malicious, adult, or that a verified site owner asks us to remove. Removal for cause is not refunded. Site owners who want their site off the board can contact us (below).
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. We store the submitted URL, bid amounts, and click counts. For the live visitor counters on the board and the stats page we store a pseudonymous visitor identifier — a one-way hash of your IP address and browser signature with a salt that changes daily, so it cannot identify you or link your visits across days. Raw IP addresses are never stored, these entries are automatically deleted once they are 24 hours old, and there are no advertising trackers.
